This policy explains the information ProdXpert processes and why. We aim to collect only what supports a useful, secure product-research service.

Information you provide

We process information you submit through contact forms and publisher account features, such as your name, email address, messages, and editorial content.

Operational and analytics data

The service may record limited technical information needed for security, reliability, rate limiting, and privacy-conscious usage analytics. We do not intentionally place message content or account passwords in analytics events.

Services that process data

Firebase supports authentication, article storage, and image storage. Resend may deliver contact notifications. OpenAI may process product facts and publisher instructions when an authorised publisher requests an AI draft. Approved social dispatchers and social platforms process content only after publisher confirmation.

Affiliate links and retailers

Buying guides may link to third-party retailers. Those sites apply their own privacy and cookie policies. ProdXpert may receive a commission from qualifying purchases without changing the price you pay.

Retention, security, and your choices

We retain information only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service or meet applicable obligations. No internet service can promise absolute security. You can contact us to ask about access, correction, or deletion where applicable.
